みなさんの食卓にご飯が並ぶまでには、たくさんの人たちが関わり、「美味しいご飯を食べてもらおう！」という思いをバトンのように繋いでいます。どのような人たちが、どのように関わっているのかを紹介する展示では、「田んぼの大きさ」や「お米の単位」など、お米に関するさまざまな情報もご覧いただけます。また、フォトスポットも設置していますので、ご家族やお友達と一緒に撮影して楽しんでください。

 

15日、16日は「アトリエharemi」の高倉晴美さんを講師に迎え、美味しいおにぎりの作り方や旬の食材について学び、実際におにぎりを作って試食します。

From Paddy to Plate: Putting Rice on the Table

 

Numerous individuals are involved in the process of bringing rice to everyone’s tables, passing on the sentiment of “Let’s make delicious rice for everyone to enjoy!” like a baton. This exhibition introduces the various types of people involved in this process, the roles that they play, as well as fun facts about the size of rice paddy fields, units of measurement for rice, and more. Head down with your friends and family to capture memorable moments at the photo-taking spot we’ve set up!
